A Motley Fool is still a Fool

God, it hurts to give the idiots any link love at all, but if you are using Motley Fool as a tool to help you learn to invest, you deserve all you lose.

The basic idea is that you should wait to buy a new product until just before the new one comes out, thereby saving yourself some money. It apparently has never occurred to this fool that if everyone did that, there would be no new products.

And he proudly calls himself Aristotle. Un-fucking-believable.

  1. for no reason other than being a bit of a luddite, i generally use tech products that are 2 or 3 generations old. and like to annoy my friends by discovering all the cool "new" features and talking about them endlessly - despite the fact that they aren't new features to anyone else...

  2. You are so funny! I don't think there's any reason not to wait, if you don't want the features. But to say that 14.5 million people should have ALL waited to make the price come down is typical of the stupidity running freely on their site.
